In order to access your subconscious the program uses your brain’s theta waves. which are the frequencies that the brain uses when you are asleep.

The power of these waves comes into play since they are the closest connection to our subconscious making it possible to communicate directly with it. Thus, allowing us to alter our reality.

In order to use these waves to access your subconscious you need to be in a place where you will not be disturbed, since a high level of both relaxation and concentration is required.

The key is to provide your brain with a positive phrase, something relevant to you. If your desire is to have the means to pay for a luxury car, then you need to replace your limiting beliefs within your mind with liberating ones. 

This is where the positive phrase comes into play. Once you have it, say, something like: “I am a capable individual, smart enough to generate and deserve the finer things in life.” You then proceed to enter a meditative state, which is achieved doing the following:

  • Find a place where you can be alone.
  • Ensure you won’t be disturbed.
  • Relax yourself with instrumental music that allows you to do so.
  • Repeat the phrase in your mind until you are doing it unconsciously.
  • Breathe in deep and slowly through your nose with your eyes closed.
  • Breathe out slowly through your nose.
  • Begin to picture your life as it would be if the affirmation you are giving yourself was true.
  • Continue to repeat the affirmation in your mind. be firm and convincing with yourself.
  • Allow the new phrase to settle in, make an effort in your life to make the phrase true.
  • and always remember the phrase.
  • Repeat this simple 5 minute process every day.

It might be crazy to think that this simple exercise can change your life. but the reality is that it can, our perspective and deep embeded beliefs are what keep us from being who we want to be. The only way to improve and change our situation is by changing those beliefs and perspective.

Doing this allows us to take new and different approaches to our life. The confidence that new positive and empowering beliefs gives us can completely change everything.

It is important to understand that 5 minutes can’t change a lifetime of negative beliefs. but a constant repetition of those 5 minutes can.
